1. Can I personalize my candle with a name or message?

Yes, all our Tribute Candles can be engraved with custom names, dates, or short messages. You can add your personalization details directly on the product page.

2. How long do the candles burn?

Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax and burn from approximately 30-50 hours  dependent on size— creating lasting memories with every flame.

3. Do you ship worldwide?

No, not currently

4. Are your candles eco-friendly?

Absolutely! All our candles are made with natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and cruelty-free fragrances.

5. What happens if my candle arrives damaged?

If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll send you a replacement immediately.
