Returns Policy

We want you to love your candles! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help with most items, but please note the following exceptions:

Returns & Refunds:

  • You can return your candle within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at wixandblooms@gmail.com

Non-returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized candles (no returns or refunds on these).
  • Candles that have been used or damaged.
  • If you change your mind after the candle has been shipped, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

  • If you'd prefer an exchange for a different candle, please reach out, and we'll assist you.
